The Office Technician types correspondence and reports as directed by Education Supervisors; maintains all budgetary documents for accountability and reporting purposes; maintains a variety of suspense files and tracking logs as required for Education Staff or by Educational Supervisors; copies and distributes staff and institutional mail; maintains all records relating to Employee Services work orders; trains and supervises at least two inmate clerks/porters in the Education Office area. Types confidential reports and performance evaluations; maintains Education Office copies of ; processes all Education Staff timekeeping documents; inputs budget data into database; processes all orders for housekeeping and office supplies for Education staff.
