- Managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects.
- Developing and executing project schedules and budgets while ensuring that the projects meet all safety and quality standards.
- Adhering to the project's filing and documentation organization system as per the project's guidelines. Updating drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks as required.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor
- Experience working on Ground-Up projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
