    Very detail orientated, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    A self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision (after a period of training).

    Strong communication skills, able to create and deliver succinct financial project updates, including to senior level audiences.

    General familiarity with Microsoft suite:
    SharePoint, Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.

    Excel specific depth:
    manage high volumes of data in project financial models (advanced formulas, pivot tables, error checking, data validation, etc.)


    Ability to manage and actively organize administrative program files and folders in a Microsoft collaboration tool such as SharePoint or Teams.

    Familiarity with agile ways of working, agile principles, agile tools such as Jira.

    Translating agile work plans into capacity estimates/plans and consumption metrics, forecasts and project financials.


    Experience navigating purchasing processes at a corporation (such as raising a Purchase Order (PO), modifying a PO, PO closure, etc.)



    Some familiarity with SAP/Ariba (or similar) to investigate mismatches vs. forecast, trouble with purchase orders, etc.

    Experience analyzing current actuals and trends, creating budgets and forecasts, and modeling forecasts, changes, and scenarios.

    Familiarity with currency and exchange rate considerations.


    Experience with reviewing statements of work, labor reports/timesheets, and work orders to lift necessary information to feed financial forecasts for large IT programs.

    Ability to investigate work orders and associated purchase orders/invoice status.
