- Execute procurement's and contract administration of construction site services and utilities
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with contract terms and work with subcontractor personnel to promote safe and effective site operations
- Represents business unit on cross-functional project teams and acts as a subject matter expert in resolving technical obstacles
- Executes engineering and customer objectives against performance metrics
- Develop budgets for future system integrations based on historical data and pricing trends
- Travel to new builds, existing sites
- Communicate with local subcontractors on high level tasks to resolve issues
- Developing, monitoring and evaluating cost, submittal, schedule and RFI reports
- Completing RFQ and bid packages
- Developing and following a look ahead schedule
- A working knowledge of regulatory requirements for the construction industry is required
- Experience serving as Owner's Project Representative, including working effectively with client and multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstration of continuing professional development initiatives
- Ability to travel to other sites across the country as needed
- Ability to independently work to drive solutions to issues
- Experience managing construction projects in large institutional organizations
- Bachelor or Master degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering
- Computer literate with software systems (Microsoft Suite of programs (MSWord, MSExcel,MSPowerPoint, MSVisio), BlueBeam Revu, and HCSS HeavyJob)
- Bachelors of Science in Civil is required
- At least one previous civil construction internship experience is required
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering or construction field of study and two (2) years of construction work-related experience
