    Job Description

    The Program Director is responsible for the delivery of services, development, and maintenance of all operations of the Joint TH-RRH(Transitional Housing to Rapid -Rehousing) Program for LGBTQ+ Youth/Young Adults (18-24). The program model will include Life skills training support, reconnection to educational opportunities, and connecting young adults to workforce opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    • Acts in accordance with Victory Programs Inc.'s Standards of Excellence at all times.
    • Ensure that the programs are in compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements.
    • Design and evaluate the delivery of all clinical/management services at the program.
    • Facilitate weekly staff meetings and monitor attendance and participation.
    • Coordinate all internal and external service linkage supportive of clients' continuum of care.
    • Ensure all monthly client reports are accurately prepared and that staff are in compliance with all TH-RRH guidelines, policies and procedures.
    • Oversee all aspects of programming from assessment, intake, and documentation to housing search, stabilization, and exit to permanent housing.

    Qualifications

    • Masters in Counseling, Social Work, Education Rehabilitation Counseling preferred or a related field.
    • Demonstrated competence in service coordination and networking with other human service and health care providers.
    • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.

    Compensation

    $76,000 Annually starting salary
