    Description

    We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical evaluations for United States Veterans involved in the VA's disability benefits process.

    As a Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records online and conducting in-person physical exams for each Veteran.

    You will need to accurately document the examination results required by the VA using the online platform.

    It's important to note that as a Nurse Practitioner, you will not be involved in making disability determinations; this is done by the United States Veterans Administration.

    This position specifically focuses on Disability Assessments and does not involve treatment or medication prescription.

    You will be conducting Disability Assessments for 3-5 Veterans daily during Full-Time hours from Monday to Friday (8am-4pm) in an in-person capacity.

    Key Attributes:

    • Passionate about conducting Independent Medical Assessments.
    • Capable of analyzing data from medical records and exam results to form medical opinions.
    • Strong time management skills to meet all requirements effectively.
    • Holder of a valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
    • Adept in computer usage.

    Requirements:

    • Must possess a current, unrestricted NP license.
