- Researches and plans group trips, calculates trip fees, informs residents of details, and accurately completes necessary billing forms for submission to accounting.
- Maintains accurate bus transportation schedule, and informs bus drivers of their schedules, and keeps accurate records.
- Leads residents in planning activities as assigned. Solicits volunteers to lead activities as needed.
- Answers the telephone to assists residents and takes action as necessary.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Collects and files trip brochures in an organized manner.
- Accompanies residents on trips when necessary.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.

The Carillon Senior Living is recruiting for Life Enrichment Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Activities Aide is responsible for scheduling residents' transportation needs, coordinating and planning bus drivers' schedules, and assisting residents in planning trips.
