Description

Performs a wide range of radiological, environmental, safety, and health work to achieve compliance with the Company's standards and with federal and state regulatory requirements.
Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs, systems, and procedures necessary to ensure personnel and facility safety. Conducts trend analysis, audits, accident investigations, and site inspections of operational procedures, facility design, equipment, and materials. Recommends improvements in processes, design, procedures, and operating equipment to minimize the hazardous potential. Conducts employee training, emergency preparedness, and quality assurance programs. Provides regulatory interpretation and technical advice.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical, engineering or science related field; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical, engineering or science related field.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health.Proficiency with Microsoft office software.
Ability to review data sets for injury and illness and efficiency tracking systems.
Ability to Identify and communicate safety and health trends.
