to help lead our new IM residency program
Candidates are expected to:
Participate in developing our curriculum and maintaining our didactics , Serve as role model and mentor to our Internal medicine residents, assist with administrative duties including residents recruitment , clinical competency committee, and program evaluation committee.
Take initiatives in quality improvement projects and other research and scholarly activities. Teaching and administrative experience is highly desired.Qualified Candidates:
Must be board certified in Internal Medicine
3-5 Years Post Residency Clinical Experience Required
Evidence of ongoing involvement in scholarly activity, including peer-reviewed publications
2 years of Core Faculty/GME teaching experience
Inpatient and Outpatient care experience preferred
Flexible scheduling available
