Duties include: rail operations load out/wash out operations and performing light maintenance training new staff when requested record keeping and communication of issues with management.
Essential Functions/Duties: Loadout/Washout Operations
+ Coordinate schedule supervise all maintenance of loadout wash and rail department equipment daily document Pellet Control Survey clean up inspection weekly Rail Scale inspection weight car verification washout hopper cars prior to loading per plant ISO operational procedures inspect empty hopper car before washing safe operation vacuum system heel present safe operation hopper car wash system operate drying system update washed car information plant Wonder Ware Software Program Load all PP production into hopper cars per plant ISO operational procedures operate Loadout Programmable Logic Controller PLC computer confirm Clean Car Wonder Ware software program safe operation Fuller Full load system apply hatch bonnets filters record security seals Wonder Ware software program record Tare Empty Heavy Loaded Weight Hopper car Wonder Ware software program Qualifications Required Education Experience High school diploma equivalent Must safely operate rail king pass site rail king certification Preferred Education Experience Previous warehousing/rail experience Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative tasks include lifting 55 lbs moving 250 pounds climbing ladders operate control panels hand tools Must use fingers handle feel reach hands arms talk hear Employee possess adequate vision close visual confirmation finely printed documents distance vision safely correctly identify objects markings Must able work overtime long hours weekends holidays Licenses/Certificates Rail King certification Skills Ability recognize onsite risk factors take appropriate action firmness tact must have excellent interpersonal communications organizational skills multi-task oriented handle many activities simultaneously think independently make decisions company best interest Additional Job Details Supervisory Responsibility None Work Environment Expected perform essentialrail functions safety sensitive production environment warehouse railyard Position Type/Expected Hours Work This full-time position days hours subject modification adjustment workload Travel Little travel expected In line Plastic Express Environmental Promise hired individual enthusiastic support facets Operation Clean Sweep prevent pellet flake powder loss environment ensure spills swiftly effectively cleaned up
