    The individual hired for this position will work on electrification systems including batteries, charging, and energy management.

    This individual will work closely with Electronics system teams, product group performance and controls teams, and other organizations within the org to ensure the productivity subsystem meets the requirements that are defined.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Ensure project deliverables are captured, scheduled, and met.
    Drive system design requirements through the development and production process.
    Maintain alignment with legacy and future products and systems.
    Troubleshoot technical issues at the systems level and report findings.
    Work with the component teams to develop any new components.
    Write detailed software specifications.

    Education/Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer science disciplines
    Four or more years of experience working with embedded systems and software.


    Required Skills:


    Ability to work in a team environment, communicating technical information and development progress to team members and others as needed.

    Strong communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify needed actions and act to resolve issues with minimal oversight.

    Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse work group.


    Desired Skills:
    Experience with communications protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, CAN Datalink)

    Experience with FMEA processes and a basic knowledge of electronic system failure modes.
    Experience with embedded systems and software for mobile, earthmoving, agricultural, industrial, or off-highway applications
    Experience with electrification subsystems.
