Job summary
The Director of Youth Ministries is the key leader for our middle school and high school ministry who is responsible to carry out the mission and vision of the church with a specific focus on the youth (middle school-high school). The mission of the church is to lead people to Jesus Christ and help them become his committed followers. The key elements for carrying out this mission are a consistent explanation of the Gospel, biblical teaching, training to serve, leading in worship creating community discipling students through relationships with volunteer youth staff and any other means that connects students to Jesus Christ as his disciples and equips them to participate in His mission.
