    MOTOR Information Systems, a division of Hearst, is in search of passionate and innovative technologists to join their team.

    Summary
    We are currently hiring a Technical Business Analyst who will collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers to grasp their requirements, translate them into clear and actionable directives, and craft compelling language to convey these requirements to the team.
    The role entails designing, testing, and implementing AI solutions that align with business objectives and user needs, offering ongoing support, and ensuring timely project delivery.


    Responsibilities
    • Analyze and document business processes to suggest AI solutions aligned with client goals.
    • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define project scope and specifications.
    • Create and maintain project artifacts like user stories, wireframes, test cases, and manuals.
    • Identify and communicate domain-specific language for the AI team.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing to verify AI solutions meet requirements.
    • Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and report progress to clients.


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a technical business analyst, preferably in AI or related sectors.
    • Proficient in AI concepts, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
    • Skilled in data analysis, modeling, and using tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
    • Certification in AI, business analysis, or project management is advantageous.
    • Prior experience as a teacher or front-line manager is beneficial.
    • Data experience in Automotive or similar fields is a plus.
