    We are seeking a skilled Smile Care Specialist to join our team as a Traveling Associate Dentist. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients in various locations across the country.

    Salary and Benefits

    This role offers a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, ensuring financial stability for our providers. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer attractive sign-on bonuses, student loan repayment assistance up to $1000/month, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance plans.

    Job Description

    As a Traveling Associate Dentist, your primary responsibility will be to provide dental services to patients with the support of your team. You will work collaboratively to promote a positive image of the company and participate in activities such as morning huddles, patient care, and staff development. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating happy, healthy smiles through providing high-quality dental care to children and adults.
