Job Summary
The Nurse Graduate Opportunity is a full-time position working under the supervision of the Unit Director.
The Nurse Graduate will begin an orientation program (didactic and clinical) in a structured setting with a defined educational program for the orientation of new graduates under the continuous, on-site supervision of a registered professional nurse.
The Nurse Graduate must pass the NCLEX examination within 3 months of starting orientation.Schedule - Orientation schedule will be determined by the Unit Director.

We care about you and are committed to empowering you to successfully navigate your professional nursing journey through mentorship and hands-on training to help you gain competence and increase confidence.
As a newly licensed nurse at St.Joseph Healthcare, you will receive monitoring from an experienced nurse, building relationships with peers and participate in engaging learning experiences in a supportive environment.
The interactive sessions and evidence-based curriculum will increase your ability to:We look forward to providing you the support and encouragement you need as you transition into the nurse you have always wanted to be.
Program will run for 12 months,
Sessions are held once a week on Wednesdays for the first month, then quarterly for the year- this time may be scheduled in addition to your regular contracted hours*Start date to be determined based on cohort graduation and start dates.
