    Clinical Coordinator for IDD Services

    Mentor Community Sevita provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    • Ensure support plans adhere to Individual Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

    You will provide clinical and interpersonal skills in a team-based workplace that prioritizes people. In residential, vocational, or in-home settings you will deliver invaluable support to the individuals served.



    • Conduct structured assessment interviews with parents/care providers

    • Complete observation of individual behavior in appropriate settings

    • Review social history information and target behavior baseline information

    • Write and submit recommended behavior support plan components

    The Clinical Specialist ensures human rights are advocated by attending review committees. Healthy professional relationships are maintained with guardians case managers families friends individuals served; implement customer service standards. Report alleged abuse neglect incidents according to company policy external regulations maintain confidentiality respect individual rights practice universal precautions assist exercising their rights train staff implement Support Plans conduct classes orientations assigned meetings as needed attend interdisciplinary teams report administration errors security controlled medications document delivery monitor health communicate nurse supervisor follow directives transport safely local laws ensure proper safety equipment use accidents safety concerns immediately comply established policies participate training activities.
