Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for the efficient effective and accurate performance of Teller functions.
- Cashes checks other negotiable instruments for clients.
- Detects resolves discrepancies promptly offers Bank products to meet customer needs strengthens relationship has one proof error within 30-day period follows Teller procedures consistently adheres compliance requirements assumes responsibility establishing maintaining effective professional business relations with clients ensures client requests inquiries resolved maintains privacy customer information ensures quality reputation maintained projected assumes responsibility establishing coordinating working relationships area personnel management assists area personnel required assists training orientation needed keeps supervisor informed activities problems concerns completes reports records accurately promptly attends meetings classes weekdays evenings Saturdays performs related duties assigned performs night drop functions assigned cleans work areas well maintained cross sells Bank products services.
