DELIVERY COORDINATOR
MUST HAVES
Customer Service Experience
Attention to Detail
Multitasking
Delivery coordinator will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage incoming calls
Schedule deliveries and projects
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to sit, stand, bend, walk for up to 8 hours
