This position collaborates closely with organizational leadership to assess, analyze, and offer legal advice on labor and employment laws at state and federal levels. The goal is to address potential risks creatively and efficiently. The ideal candidate is adept at legal research and public speaking.

Requirements:
Education
Required – Juris doctorate.
Work Experience
Required – 2 years of experience as a practicing labor and employment attorney.
Preferred – Experience working within an integrated healthcare delivery system.
Certifications
Required – Admission to a state bar with active membership in good standing.
