    Description

    My client is a general contractor that is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This person will oversee large-scale and complex program of construction projects. Ideally, my client would like someone with ground up commercial/industrial construction project experience. This role will require travel across the U.S., based on your current project. Each project is roughly 10-14 months long and then you would move to the next projects. The company will pay for your relocation, as well as pay for you to go home once a month.

    Requirements:

    • 5 - 8 years' experience in the construction industry with Mission critical or commercial preferred.
    • Experience managing USG construction projects required.
    • Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates, integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
