    Job Overview:

    The role involves delivering comprehensive physical therapy services, including evaluation, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions in a team-based setting. The candidate will uphold high standards of professional practice and ethics. Responsibilities also include contributing to program development, quality improvement, and enhancing productivity in a versatile team environment.

    Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid California Physical Therapist license.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
    • A degree from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
    • Experience with adult and geriatric populations is required.
    • Experience with disabled individuals in a hospital setting is preferred.
    • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in fast-paced settings.
    • Strong analytical, communication (both verbal and written), organizational, and multitasking skills are crucial.

    Skills and Certifications (required):

    • Licensed Physical Therapist in California
    • BLS Certification

    Additional Information:

    • Security clearance is not required.
    • Visa sponsorship is not available.

    Compensation:

    • Salary Range: $98,500 to $152,500 annually.
    • This is a full-time position.
    • Comprehensive benefits package included.
    • Relocation assistance is available.
    • The position is not eligible for commission, bonuses, or overtime.
    • Interview travel expenses are not reimbursed.
