    Description


    Create technical content and illustrations of operator's manual for new product with GRIPS and ISO draw according to defined requirements.

    Create technical illustrations of parts manual. Work with subject expert to understand and write descriptive and step-by-step procedures. Work with Operation Team to create weekly SN crane publishing plan. Update parts manual and descriptive manual according to ECO with GRIPS and ISO draw. Lead SN crane manuals preparation and delivery to factory on time. Maintain production records of technical manuals. Perform other related duties as required.

    This role reports to the Customer Service Manager, he/she will be responsible to effectively maintain the day to day functions of the parts department, liaising with customers and the factories to provide an efficient parts support for Aftermarket customers.

    This role will be responsible for assisting and supporting management in the implementation and coordinator of all Safety Management System (SMS), safety and training needs, updating all safety policies and procedures to maintain a high level of employee safety, and recording all actions.

    Besides that, this role will be also responsible for invoicing service work and the warranty claim process making sure that these are completed within the given time frames.

    This role will be responsible in coordinating the spare parts ordering to cashing processes. He/she will need to ensure all quotations from dealers or direct customer get efficient answer. Reporting to APAC Marketing Director, this role provides marketing support for countries from Rest of Asia (ROA).

    He/she will be responsible in maintain and manage all our social media channels, provides content for brand and product promotion, create database for ROA, support online and offline event for ROA, liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams, regularly track and get insights into competitors' strategies, stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends.

    General Job Objective:

    Qualified person will perform essential electrical installations, equipment maintenance throughout the Shady Grove facilities, Quincy plant and any other location specified by the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisors, the Electrical Engineer or their designated representatives.
