Join our dynamic team as an AWS Systems Engineer, where you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our AWS infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing IAM changes, implementing security measures, and ensuring the smooth integration of AWS processing with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) to ensure secure and efficient access controls.
• Lead the implementation of security patches and software upgrades, such as upgrading Python from version 3.9 to 3.11.
• Develop and maintain processes for integrating AWS services with external environments, including SQL servers and corporate file systems.
• Design and implement solutions that support application processing within AWS.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AWS environments to facilitate ease of use for application developers and ensure system reliability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AWS management, including expertise in IAM, EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Strong background in system security practices and software patching.
• Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with database management and integration, preferably with SQL servers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage IT solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
• Experience in automating processes using AWS tools and services.
• Knowledge of additional programming or scripting languages.
