- Adult patient panel, with an average of 25-30 PPD
- Support staff includes an eye technician, scribe, and office staff
- 3-4 days per week beginning in July; initially Monday - Wednesday
- Hours are 8 AM - 3:30 PM
- Includes eye exams, contact fittings, and lenses
- General Optometry cases such as blurred vision, diabetic retinopathy, floaters, cataracts, and glaucoma
- The area has a welcoming environment with unique historic architecture
- Residents have access to outdoor recreation opportunities like fishing, hiking, and biking at nearby state parks and lakes
