    Description

    Join our excellent team of professionals to help meet the medical, social and spiritual needs of the people we serve. St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Dover, NH is a 54-bed facility offering short and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs. We are proud to be a part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire's continuum of care.

    We are looking for a Full time and Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. Work schedule is every other weekend.

    We'll pay you based on your experience and offer you a great work environment.

    Job Responsibilities;

    •Warmly acknowledge and greet visitors, guests, residents and vendors, etc.

    •Answer multi-line telephone system, determine nature of call and forward caller to appropriate individual or department

    •Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and room number

    •Receive requests from within the facility and locate personnel through paging system

    •Give directions/information to visitors, guests, residents, vendors, etc.

    •Sort, distribute, and route incoming mail to appropriate residents, departments and/or personnel

    •Responsible for Resident Trust Account administration; record daily funds received for deposit

    •Maintain cash box for gift shop, meal tickets, etc.

    •Ensure office supplies have been replenished in work areas as directed and report equipment/supply needs; place orders for office supplies as needed

    •Follow all established safety procedures and precautions when operating office equipment and report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns

    •Provide administrative support to management team; perform administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor

    Requirements

    •High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

    •At least one year's experience working in a customer service related field preferred

    •Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)

    •Must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
