    Nurse Practitioner Per Diem
    This position covers Hamilton County, IN.


    • Knows CMS Regulations and NCQA HEDIS Guidelines; Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding practices; Complete comprehensive accurate thorough review of assigned member population; Ensure that all pertinent active medical conditions are documented; Supports physician patient relationship ensuring timely adequate communication documentation; Make general recommendations improve members knowledge chronic condition information concerning recommended testing address close identified gaps care recognize emergent urgent situations escalate take appropriate action comply with company policies procedures mission statement adhere confidentiality HIPAA requirements uphold responsibilities separation duties applicable processes procedures within your function we reserve right change this job description from time time business needs dictate will provide notice such other duties assigned
