Job summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative / Front Office Assistant to join our busy office during tax season. This is a temporary position (32–40 hours per week) supporting a team of five tax preparers in a fast-paced but professional office environment.

This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience who enjoys client interaction, is comfortable with technology, and can stay organized during peak periods.

This may be the job for you if you have strong communication skills, are able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages/li>,
Schedule and manage client appointments
