    We are looking for a dynamic new Director of Analytics who will be responsible for executing our data and insights strategy, implementing and improving tracking across all digital channels, categorizing and pulling insights from our data, leading reporting, and synthesizing and visualizing data to equip our clients to make effective decisions that drive their business.


    The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing end-to-end, complex digital analytics environments.

    He/she exhibits strengths in strategic thinking, effective business storytelling for multiple stakeholders, intense rigor, deep curiosity, high levels of emotional intelligence, and a client service mindset to deliver analytical innovation for a growing global client base.

    Data & Insights Strategy – contribute to developing and lead the delivery of the multi-year analytics roadmap and scale efforts to support the existing client base, while also delivering innovative solutions across digital ecosystems.



    • Web Analytics – lead the development, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of a data layer across a broad portfolio of clients, including a customized and complex e-commerce booking flow in partnership with a more junior team
    • Effective Business Storytelling - create and deliver impactful client presentations to senior executives on a regular basis through data visualization presentations, reporting, and dashboards and executive summaries.
    • Strategic Consultation – synthesize data trends across all digital platforms and extrapolate into actionable insights, recommendations, and feature requirements in a digestible format for senior level stakeholders and make strategic business recommendations.
    • Lead New Revenue Streams – in partnership with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, execute the go-to-market strategy of our new business intelligence platform, RevRaise Insights, opening new revenue-generating pathways from our global data set
    • Implement Process Improvements - at every given stage of work, ensure that efficiencies are realized, errors reduced and quality is improved; develop new innovations for data enhancement capabilities, documentation, automation, templating, data warehousing, new technologies and more
    Tableau or Power BI

    • Snowflake, Redshift, or SQL Server
    • OneTrust and similar cookie compliance tools
    • Adobe Launch
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Media platforms (DSP, Facebook, Metasearch, Google Ads, etc.)

    ESSENTIAL LEADERSHIP QUALITIES:

    • 6-10 years of senior-level analytics roles with increasing levels of responsibility
    • Experience in developing recommendations based in data, and proactively influencing positive outcomes
    • Experience leading and building high-performing individuals and teams
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving, developing hypotheses and creative actionable insights from data sets related to e-commerce
    • High levels of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and an agile, adaptable mindset and attitude
    Hybrid work schedule, with up to 1/2 of days able to work remotely
