Sun City West, AZ
Bella Vista Restaurant, located within the Corte Bella Country Club community, is seeking reliable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to the success of our kitchen and overall guest experience. If you take pride in cleanliness, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow in the restaurant industry, we'd love to meet you.
Position Overview
As a Dishwasher, you will support daily kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitary dishware and work areas. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help ensure smooth service and a high standard of food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift
- Assist with basic food prep or plating as needed
- Remove trash and recycling; sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
- Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy items as needed
