Masonry Estimator
Gpac is one of the leading Recruiting Firms in the country.

We are partnered with a reputable Masonry Company that is looking to add a "Dynamic" Masonry Estimator to their team.

If you want to help this company grow and take it to the next level, this is the job for you
Plan and coordinate construction projects.
Estimate the costs of both commercial and residential masonry projects.
Consider the cost of labor and materials to create an estimate and define the project scope.
Interpret technical information to business professionals, collaborate with architects, and select subcontractors based on budgeting requirements.
Take any delays into account, such as might occur in emergencies or inclement weather.
Ensure that all aspects of a project adhere to legal requirements and regulations
Experience as a Commercial & Residential Masonry Estimator.
Experience with new structures, design-build/development, renovations/additions, and budget.
Experience with estimating software.
Knowledgeable in all of the following: civil/site construction, foundation, and structural systems, interior & exterior building wall systems.
