- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs and promote participation in classroom activities.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' success and participation in educational tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
