The PC Systems Specialist will:

• Utilize their excellent customer service and communication skills to work with end-users to configure, image, and build desktop and laptop computing devices, upgrade machines from windows 7 to windows 10 and install and train users on software.

Applicant Requirements:

Must have 2+ years experience with the following:

• Configuring, imaging, and building desktop and laptop computers.
• Performing Windows migrations (Windows 7 to 10)
• Inputting and fulfilling tickets in ticketing systems
• Customer service and customer support/troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting OS and 3rd party software
• Software installation experience
• Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
• Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
