    Become an ALW LVN for a Villa Redondo
    (AM Shifts)

    Villa Redondo is an assisted living facility for the elder community located in Downtown Long Beach, CA. We are currently seeking an experienced and knowledgeable LVN who has the passion to help the elderly and enjoy working in a fast paced environment to join our team Please give us a call today at for further information.

    Qualifications (non-negotiable):
    • Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
    • Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Flexible scheduling. Position may include weekends and holidays
    • Experience medication administration preferred
    Job Description:
    • Prepares and maintains resident assessments and individualized service plans
    • Communicates clearly with Administrator, residents and families of any changes in condition or concerns
    • Manages, oversees, and assists personnel in In-service training and medications
    • Assures completion of all resident activities of daily living according to ISPs
    • Interviews, hires, trains, schedules and supervises all Healthcare staff and facilitates staff meetings and in-service training
    • Manages all physician communications, medical updates, and pharmacy cycle changes and orders.
    • Coordinates all dietary needs with Dining Coordinator and Dietician
    • Manages and maintains all medication orders, inventory and supplies
    • Renders emergency medical aid and wound care
    • Additional duties as assigned by Administration
