    The client is looking to add a Plant Manager to their team that will be responsible to plan, lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the entire facility.

    You will maintain and improve the Plant infrastructure, creating the environment for developing winning capabilities in safety, service, and operational excellence, and developing effective relationships.

    Responsibilities :
    -have a common goal of zero injuries by cultivating a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated
    -lead daily production meetings

    • Optimize efficiency to ensure production schedules are met by deploying and rotating personnel in the most effective manner
    • Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed and recorded as required
    • Ensure associates have the needed raw materials, instructions, machine availability, and training to meet daily production requirements, and obtains information from prior shift supervisor regarding operating problems
    • Reduce scrap, usage, and waste by observing associates for effectiveness, efficiency, and performance safety practices
    • Evaluate process, and work performance on each associate, and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Perform routine and ongoing monitoring of machinery/equipment used within the area of responsibility to ensure that machine safeguards/controls are effectively in place whenever machines are operating in production mode.

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Willing to work 2nd shift for 1 year where you will be moved to first shift
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or sufficient and relevant practical experience.
    • At least three years of relevant experience are required.
    • Core understanding of business metrics measuring Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery, and Cost
