PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will support Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in North Charleston, SC.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage engineering, financial, logistics, and administrative personnel and interface with prime and subcontractors in support of projects for NIWC.
Plan, direct, supervise, and control integration of technical, schedule, budget, and programmatic information.

Review and approve all contract deliverables for the Task Order including Travel and Extended Hours Requests, Monthly Task and Cost Reports.

Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
Minimum of 10 years of direct work experience with C5ISR
Minimum of 8 years of direct work experience, to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of Satellite Communication (SATCOM)

Systems. Four (4) years as manager of SATCOM Systems, to include:

supervising project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.

Ability to work independently.
Ability to demonstrate skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to problems.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written

SECURITY CLEARANCE
Active DoD Secret clearance required

TRAVEL
Some travel may be required.
