- Working with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes, technologies, and equipment seamlessly.
- Monitoring process data, identifying trends, and proposing improvement solutions continuously.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
- Providing technical support to tackle process-related issues and elevate overall equipment effectiveness.
- Leading process validation activities and participating in root cause analysis and preventive measures.
- Offering training to production teams on new processes, procedures, and equipment for successful implementation.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest process engineering technologies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial, or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in process analysis, modeling, statistical analysis, and simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex process issues.
- Knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Experience with process improvement tools like Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping.
- Building, enhancing, and managing Quality Assurance Systems.
- Master's degree in process engineering or related field.
- Professional certification in process engineering.
- Experience with process automation and control systems.
- Knowledge of automation systems like SCADA and PLC.
- Understanding of process simulation software and CAD tools.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards.
