- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Supervise employees/subcontractors while providing guidance and support to ensure efficient productivity of the project.
- Collaborate with clients and sub-contractors to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Maintain records of materials, labor, and other related costs for each project.
- Monitor and review all work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to back a trailer.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Relevant certifications in construction or safety (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour, CPR/First Aid) are a plus.
