    Description

    The Warehouse Office Clerk will be responsible for many administrative items in the warehouse including processing orders and maintaining inventory. The specific responsibilities are listed below.

    Responsibilities

    • Verify stock for work orders in our Navision system
    • Keep a flow chart of projects completed and incomplete projects with additional items to complete work order.
    • Complete work orders in the system
    • Receive orders into the system
    • Print orders from Back Office system
    • Physically opened returns and chart product type and sender
    • Occasionally team member may have to cycle count (physically go to designated locations and count item) or verify item is in correct location.
    • Keep work area clean
    • When clerical work is complete, team member would be required to help clean common area (sweep floor, wipe down tables, door handles, etc.) and repack and/or relabel product.

    Skills

    • Microsoft Office experience required—especially Excel
    • Comfortable using a computer and learning new software
    • Organizational skills required
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Warehouse experience a plus

    Work Environment

    The employee will be working in a fast-paced environment around heavy equipment. The ability to be aware of surroundings at all times and maintain a safe environment is required.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
    This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
