Job summary
The Senior Operations Associate will act as a Clinical Procedures Coordinator supporting the Clinical Process Excellence & Training (CPE&T) activities by handling administrative and logistical tasks within key areas: Project Support Schedules and Resources Communication Documentation Management The role requires maintaining/refining overarching CPE&T Master Project Plan to provide insight into planning organization and execution of projects collaborating with CPE&T Project Leads establishing individual project timelines entering individual project timelines into overarching CPE&T Master Project Plan identifying risks/issues monitoring action items sending status reports/notifications performing document quality reviews providing communication logistical support scheduling In-the-Know training sessions monitoring procedural document activity training status.
