    As the Director of Sales and Marketing you will lead our efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion within our services sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients, build partnerships, and promote our services to key stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Identify target markets, segments, and customer profiles business services.
    • Lead the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition efforts.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and strategic partners.
    Marketing Strategy and Branding:
    • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the marketplace.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to support sales efforts.
    • Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
    Business Development and Partnerships:
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures to expand our reach and market presence.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate leads and build relationships.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, payers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth and business development.
    Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Implement sales tracking systems and processes to monitor performance against targets and objectives.
    • Analyze sales data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales and marketing department.
    • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
