Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport demolition & MSW materials from storage to load staged roll off containers.
- Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
- Operates skid steer loader with multiple attachments and would perform multiple exchanges to facilitate different processes.
- Perform lot cleaning by removing debris manually and with equipment.
- Perform snow removal with each snow event along with salting and sanding to ensure a safe work environment.
- Direct customers to the proper location by material for offloading.
- Assist customers with unloading material when needed.
- Communicates with subcontractor to schedule delivery of material to disposal location.
- Perform facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.
Education
- HS Diploma/G.E.D.
Experience and Competencies
- Position requires the ability to work with both internal and external customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Position requires effective communication skills.
- Perform inspections and report findings to manager.
Pay: $25 - $27.50
