    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Advanced Dynamic Spectrum Sharing Demonstration (ADSSD) team, you will play a crucial role in defining mission capabilities for spectrum management.

    About the Role:

      ">
    • You will collaborate across the ADSSD team using Agile methods to develop and demonstrate a hardware and software solution for dynamic spectrum sharing.
      • ">
    • Evolve system models and documentation for the Global Coordinator system, which facilitates spectrum sharing.
      • ">
    • Coordinate with engineers working on hardware integration and simulating hardware interfaces.
      • ">
    • Document needed system capabilities and define system interfaces with multiple external services.
      • ">
    • Inform user interfaces for oversight of spectrum sharing.
      • ">

    Our team is comprised of world-class engineers spanning the Systems, Software, and Hardware functions. We execute virtually and have locations in Colorado Springs, CO, Valley Forge, PA, and Moorestown, NJ.

    What You'll Bring:

    ">
      ">
    • Experience in Systems Engineering with knowledge of System Engineering Concepts and processes.
      • ">
    • Experience with CAMEO / Rhapsody or similar tool for model-based engineering.
      • ">
    • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple engineering fields to identify technical product characteristics to develop models and specifications.
      • ">
    • Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and cross-functional teams.
      • ">
    • Active Secret clearance required prior to start, thus US Citizenship is required.
      • ">
    • Desired skills include experience with mission systems utilizing RF (radar or communications), familiarity with Agile development methodologies, experience with modeling and simulation, and experience with Palantir Foundry / Apollo.
