    Description
    Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sr IT Recruiter.
    Full-Time, Contract

    Responsible for high volume full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients.

    Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administer technical exercises, phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, administer pre-employment assessments, summarize feedback, make hiring recommendations, and manage the offer process.

    Manage position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes, and maintaining candidate activity.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business related field or Human Resources discipline, 5-7 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.


    IT Recruiter:
    yrs exp 6 yrs + (HR 4-7 yrs direct recruiting exp)
    has recruited Application Architects, Software Developers. Software Engineers, Scrub Masters, IT PM's, etc...)
    Have 4-7 yrs knowledge of ATS (applicant tracking systems), Taleo is a plus and others.

    Pay Range*:
    $35-$38 per hour.
    *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
