- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction
- Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc
- Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously
- Process orders in person, on phone or via email
- Efficient communication with dispatcher coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Discussing features and benefits of products and services
- Determining customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner
- Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
- Visiting jobsites for measures and design
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Able to complete basic math and measurement skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Must have 1-2yrs Experience in 20/20 design software
- Must have 1-2yrs Kitchen and Bath design experience
- Detail oriented
- To be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Communication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)
- Ability to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Manual dexterity.
