Key Responsibilities:

• Become part of our seasonal maintenance crew as we tackle various carpentry projects across multiple sites within an amusement park or theme environment setting including camp grounds or similar family type venues so forth where you'll perform regular upkeep such like replacing rotting wood installing signs etc plus help fix broken rides when parts aren't immediately available keeping things running smoothly day after busy holiday rush through those slow weeks before winter arrives again bringing colder weather too often freezing temperatures making everything harder work even harder especially coming off first big rain storms flooding streets nearby causing damage everywhere else besides these initial cleanup jobs lots more involving building fixing general overall maintenance requiring different skills knowledge being resourceful innovative proactive adaptable good time management organizing planning coordinating prioritizing delegating sometimes supervising mentoring others teams ensuring successful completion every project maintaining positive relationships clients internal departments external vendors contractors sub-contractors peers supervisors because teamwork collaboration effective communication customer service quality control assurance constant improvement learning adaptability staying current industry trends technologies best practices implementing them successfully at workplace daily interacting coworkers site visitors guests kids adults seniors disabled veterans active duty military members dependents recipients benefits programs student interns volunteers new employees temporary workers permanent full-time part-time flex hourly variable schedule shift night weekends holidays emergencies breakdowns repairs setups shutdowns inventory management purchasing ordering receiving storing handling materials supplies equipment vehicles personnel personnel temps contract agency some miscellaneous others….
