    We are seeking a licensed Kentucky Pharmacist for a full-time, Pharmacist in Charge opportunity in Louisville. This is a 13 week contract with the opportunity for direct hire.     Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM)

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to optimize patient care and outcomes.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, training sessions, and ongoing development programs for pharmacy team members.


    Requirements:

    • Active & Clear Pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky.
    • Experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
    • Experience in a management or Pharmacist in Charge role is preferred.
