- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Human Resource experience
- At least 1 year of Compliance experience
- Knowledge of CARF standards and policies or related healthcare licensing (DPH, DCYF, etc.) preferred
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
- Superb analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Collaborative and supportive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Excellent time management skills, ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Must be able to work remotely
