Job summary
Develop a sales plans and drive individual production goals including building referral network and relationships with internal partners and external contacts Create an environment through activity-based coaching and performance development implement/execute coaching plan to develop employee's skill set to achieve personal/branch goals Develop and execute integrated sales relationship and credit strategies that are aligned with the Retail Bank priorities execute business plan to achieve expected goals in all business categories Support portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships increase client acquisition ensure clients receive optimal service monitor/adhere operational controls Collaborate with branch partners successfully achieve goals build customer relationship deliver customer service Leverage workforce planning tool optimize staffing in branches set expectations for branch staff fostering environment team members work together achieve all business goals Conduct daily proof processes ensure adherence operational requirements investigate controllable losses among branch staff provide coaching manage performance on decisions used Lead hiring process coordinate performance management compensation communication employee evaluation of branch staff Responsible for planning budgeting policy formulation involved short-term planning resource planning 6-10 years relevant experience required Previous experience banking or financial industry preferred Sales management experience preferred Registered willing register as mortgage loan originator Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Obtain willing obtain unique identifier Registry Consistently demonstrates clear concise written verbal communication skills Consistently demonstrates analytic skills Bachelor Degree University degree equivalent experience Master degree preferred For complementary skills please see above contact recruiter.
