    Description
    1. Answer incoming phone calls

    • Answer all emails within an hour of receipt
    • Check voicemails and call back list from Sycle
    • Cleaning of hearing aids
    • Create patient files
    a. make copies of driver's License and insurance cards
    b. scan and upload insurance cards and verification into system

    • Verification of patient insurance benefits
    • Submitting various documents to internal departments and following up
    weekly

    • Make daily outbound calls to current database of patients
    • Processing credit applications and communicating the results with Consultant
    • Insuring cleanliness of office at all times
    • Ordering of office supplies
    • Management of petty cash and reporting

    Hearing aid management:
    a. Monthly inventory reporting
    b. Handling returns
    c. Check ins
    d. Exchanges
    e. Returns

    • Management of the schedule - scheduling of appointments and confirming
    appointments day before

    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
