    Restaurant Manager Requirements:
    At least 3 years experience as a restaurant manager in a full service concept
    Hands-on manager
    Experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus
    Prefer someone with experience from a high volume restaurant
    Stable tenures....No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
    P&L experience
    Strong communication and leadership qualities
